Why Coaching?

We are all capable of doing whatever we set our mind too, but sometimes that very mind can get in our way and demand too much of us. When we sit down with a coach and talk through what we are striving to achieve (we call this our desired state) we can realise as big as the mountain feels and looks from where we are (this is the current state) that through these sessions we break it down to easy manageable steps that we move to take with the support of a coach and the programme in place to keep you on track. You will also get great tools, tips and techniques that are proven to help you keep going.

WHATS NEXT?

Before anything its always good to have a chat. So lets connect and have an initial chemistry call to see if you feel like coaching the man can help you and we get to build our rapport.

1:1 COACHING

These are typically arranged on a schedule over 12 weeks where we will meet digitally using video or phone call to have a 60 minute session.

In each session we will always remind ourselves why the goal is and has it changed between sessions.

In our programme there will be actionable steps to take away and complete between sessions depending on the initial goal.

We will also arrange to keep in touch between sessions confidentially via email or messaging.

It is important to approach one to one sessions with an open mind each time and even more importantly bring your whole self to each session to see and feel the results you are seeking.

If you would like these sessions to be arrange in person or tailor the experience in any way, we will always try to facilitate your needs as best we can.

  • Give yourself Time out to share thoughts in your head and feel heard. Ideal for sound boarding ideas, discussing events as they occur, feeling calmer. can be scheduled over a work lunchtime. Email for details!

  • BE MANKIND CIRCLE

    In the BeMankind circle we will facilitate a topic that everyone will have time to consider and share. These can be arranged by your company or you can sign up to take part in the next public circle by registering your interest.

    Each be mankind circle has a maximum capacity of 12 people. This allows the space over the sessions for everyone to speak and be heard.
